How exciting to write your own script for your 3rd act. It’s time to write your play, with you as the main character in the starring role. Consider:
What are the essential elements that make up your unique character?
Let’s take my client Savannah as an example. She had always lived in the city working in the finance industry. Her days were filled with traffic, noise, lots of people to please, deadlines, and hurrying from one task to the next, with never enough time to stop and really feel her feelings or listen intimately to her inner voice although her inner critic was loud, telling her she had to do more, do it better and do it fast. Doing was her stage.
Her 3rd act script began with imaging herself as the starring role in her own play. She started with letting her hair grow and embracing her natural hair color. Her character was funny, with a warm and radiant smile. She deeply listened to her own voice. Her intuition became louder than her critic. She embraced her authenticity and uniqueness. She began only having conversations that truly mattered. She stopped caring what anyone thought of her. She let go of situations that no longer served her. As the noise fell away, her relationship to herself took center stage and she could hear and feel her zest for life and her spiritual journey took center stage.
Savannah wrote her plot of how life would unfold; she found her theme song and played it often. At the curtain call, the applause was her own for herself and the wise attractive and irresistible woman she is.
Start writing your 3rd act with your character, your story line or plat, your theme and your curtain call celebration.
