Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation will result in a loss of the $750 USDA deposit. Any cancellation made between September 1 and October 13 will result in a 50% loss of the trip price. Any cancellation made between Oct 14 and the trip departure date will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum, (if so your deposit is refunded in full). Trip insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans.
